Whereas Inkosi Africa Tours and Safaris presents these itineraries in good faith, it is in the nature of a safari, or travelling in Africa that for reasons beyond its control, not all aspects of an itinerary may be available or sensible at the time the safari/tour takes place. Should this be the case, Inkosi Africa will in its discretion replace certain items, venues or routes with those of a similar nature. So things may change, e.g. tour direction may be reversed.
Remember – this is Africa! – its all part of the adventure.

Cancellation
Should you need to cancel your booking for any reason, the following cancellation fees will apply, regardless of the reason for cancellation:
Cancellation more than 60 days prior to departure - 15% of the full price (half of the 30% deposit)
Cancellation 60 days or less prior to departure - 30% of the full price (full deposit)
Cancellation 30 days or less prior to departure - 75% of the full price
Cancellation 14 days or less prior to departure - 100% of the full price
Third parties that we have paid already (any lodge, hotel or other supplier) may have higher cancellation penalties, in which case the third party’s cancellation policy will apply.
Your travel plans are made entirely at your own risk and Inkosi Africa Tours and Safaris will not accept responsibility for any missed flights, flight cancellations, delays, lost baggage, transport or traffic delays, illness, family matters or any other circumstances that may necessitate cancellation or amendments to your travel plans.
